Monthly Check In/Reflection Practice

Reflection and intention setting are regular parts of meditation practice. We believe intentions can powerfully guide your meditation practice and bring clarity to your daily life. Intentions help you focus on what truly matters, reminding you of your goals and values.


Each month you'll be prompted to complete a reflection and set your intention for the coming month. Based on your responses, your Home tab will offer daily meditations and practice options.


The Home Tab

  • Choose one of the 8-10 meditations and practices on your Home page based on what's happening that day and what time of day you're meditating.

Where to find app features that were on the Home page prior to August, 2024

  • Favorites
    • To get to your tried and true meditations, those you've marked as Favorites, tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
    • Tap Favorites.
  • Weekly Wisdom Article
    • We keep all the Weekly Wisdom articles on our blog at Weekly. Bookmark it to get back to it quickly!
  • Guest Pass to share a 30 day free subscription with a friend — no credit card required.
    • Tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
    • Tap Guest Pass.
  • Recent Podcasts
    • Tap the Podcast icon in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
    • The Latest Episodes are listed immediately.
    • Scroll left and right on the podcast icons at the top of the screen to see all our shows.
    • Tap a podcast icon to explore older episodes.
  • My History
    • Tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
    • Scroll down and tap History.
