Use the Happier Apple Watch App

Happier has an Apple Watch app to make it even easier to bring mindfulness into your day. You can use our Watch app with or without creating a Happier app account. Get the free Watch app from the App Store. Apple's support article Get apps on Apple Watch has all the details.


The Happier Watch app currently includes:

  • The Daily Dose: A meditation that updates every day.
  • Quick Hits: 15 meditations that our community uses a lot and likes to have handy. Our running meditation and two sleep meditations are included.
  • Talks: 15 Mini Boosts of Wisdom - like a short, inspirational podcast. (Talks don't count towards the Streak in your Happier app.)
  • Timer: The unguided timer on your watch gives you a starting tap and an ending tap so you can meditate anywhere, anytime, and get credit for it in your Happier history if you use the app.

Technical requirements:

To run the Happier app on your Apple Watch you need to be updated to iOS 15 or higher on your iPhone and watchOS 6 or higher on your Apple Watch.

Verify the OS version you're running on your Watch:

  • Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Tap General.
  • Tap About.
  • Check the version.

The Happier app will show on your watch if you set it up to automatically install available apps. If you don't see the Happier icon in your watch you can manually install it this way:

  • Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Scroll down to Available Apps.
  • Tap Happier to install.
