Sign Into Happier With an Existing Account
This article will help you get signed into your existing Happier app account.
You'll need to download the free Happier app to your iPhone, iPad or Android mobile device first. If you have any questions about that please check out our Help Center article Download the Happier app.
The Happier app isn't currently available for computers. Read our Help Center article Using Happier on a Computer for links to the content you can access on the web. If you bought a subscription already but don't have a mobile device, email us at support@happierapp.com for help.
Apple
When you open the app you should see the screen below. Your picture might be different but the screen should have two options which are "Get Started" and "Already have an account? Sign In." If you don't see this, one of two things is going on.
- You might be signed into the app already, but using a different email address so you don't see what you expect. In that case, check out our Help Center article How to Sign Out of the Happier App to get back to this screen, then sign into a different account.
You might have gotten partly through the sign in process and stopped. In that case, give the app a quick Force Quit to get back to this screen.
When you see the screen above, continue as follows:
- Tap Already have an account? Sign In.
- Use the same sign in method you used when you bought your subscription or created your account.
- Sign in with Email
- Type the email address and password you used to register your Happier account then tap Sign In.
- If you need to reset your password you can use this password reset link.
- Sign in with Apple - iPhone and iPad only. No Password.
- Tap the Sign in with Apple button.
- Authenticate as requested.
- Sign In with Google - Android only.
- If you created your account with Google Sign In but you're using an iPhone or iPad, tap the Sign in with Email button and the password reset link to give your account a password.

Android
When you open the app you should see the screen below. If you don't, one of two things is going on.
- You might be signed into the app already, but using a different email address so you don't see what you expect. In that case, check out our Help Center article How to Sign Out of the Happier App to get back to this screen, then sign into a different account.
You might have gotten partly through the sign in process and stopped. In that case, please give the app a quick Force Stop to get back to this screen.
When you see the screen above continue as follows:
- Tap Already have an account? Sign In.
- Choose the sign in method you used when you bought your subscription or created your account.
- Sign in with Email
- Type the email address and password you used to register your Happier account then tap Sign In.
- If you need to reset your password you can use this password reset link.
- Sign In with Google
- Tap the Continue with Google button.
- Authenticate as requested.
- Sign in with Email
