Managing a Web Subscription

Thanks for subscribing to Happier through our website! When you buy a subscription on the website, you make the purchase for a specific account, then log into the same account on your Apple or Android device using the subscribed address.

Email our customer support team at support@happierapp.com to make changes to your subscription. We love to hear from you and we look forward to getting your app account set up in the way that works best for you. 

Good Things to Know About Subscriptions Purchased on Our Website

  • Receipts: To find the receipt from Happier for your subscription, check the email address you used for the purchase. We send the receipt there and it has the subject line Your receipt from Happier. Our Help Center article How can I tell what address my app is signed into? will help you find your registered address. If your registered address is a hidden Sign in with Apple identifier, Apple forwarded your receipt to the email address you use for your Apple ID.
  • If you want to know when your subscription ends, check your app settings. Our Help Center article How can I tell when my subscription ends? has the steps.
  • Managing Emails: If you want more or fewer emails from us, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the next email you get and choose which topics you want to hear about.
  • Updating your payment method: To update your payment method please send us an email at support@happierapp.com and include the address you use for your Happier app registration. We'll send you a secure link. We don't take PayPal at this time.
  • Cancel a Subscription Bought on our Website: Email our customer support team at support@happierapp.com and include the email address you used to register your subscribed account. Our Help Center article How can I tell what address my app is signed into? might be helpful. If you're unsure of the email or login method you used when you bought your subscription, send the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase and we'll do some research.
    • If you bought your subscription through the App Store using your Apple ID or through the Google Play store, see Cancel a Happier App Subscription.
    • Deleting the app from your phone won't cancel your subscription.
  • Delete Your Happier Account Entirely: On iPhone and iPad you can do this inside the app. See Delete Your Happier App Account.

After canceling your renewal, you'll still have access to the Happier premium content until the expiration date. That date is in your app settings and our article Find Out When Your App Subscription Ends has the steps to find it.

Once your subscription expires, you have a free account with access to a couple of Courses and over 50 guided meditations so hang onto it in case you want a moment of meditation in the future.
