How To Find Your Happier Receipt

Thanks for using Happier to learn about mindfulness meditation! Your receipt comes from a different source depending on where you bought your subscription. You can subscribe on our website, through Apple's App Store or through the Google Play store. The steps to check this are here: How To Tell Where You Bought Your Happier App Subscription. Gift certificates can only be purchased on our website so those receipts always come from us directly.

We send a receipt by email to the purchasing address immediately after every purchase and renewal.

  • To get another copy, email us at support@happierapp.com. We'll need to know the email address associated with the purchase. If you're not sure what email you signed up with check out this article: How To Tell What Address Your App Is Signed Into.
  • If you bought a subscription with one address, but you're signed into the app using a different address, here are some Help Center articles you might find handy:
  • If your account's registered to a hidden Sign in with Apple address, email delivery can take slightly longer to get to you since we send the receipt to your hidden Sign in with Apple address, then Apple forwards it to the address you use for your Apple ID. This keeps your personal email address private.

We send renewal notices two weeks before your next payment is due to the address the account's registered to.


Subscription Purchased through Apple's App Store

Apple manages all subscriptions purchased through the App Store and, for your privacy and security, they don't allow us to make any changes to it on your behalf. If you're not getting receipts when your subscription renews, check your iPhone Settings to make sure Renewal Receipts is turned on/green. Here's how to do that:

  • Open the iPhone Settings app.
  • Tap Your Name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  • Make sure the toggle next to Renewal Receipts is green/on.
